By using this site or contacting us, you agree to the following. If you don't, please don't use the site.

1. You are 19 or older. This site is for adults only. By entering you confirm you are at least 19 years of age. We rely on your word — we do not collect or store any government ID, by design, to protect your privacy.

2. What Sakura is. Sakura is an introduction and companionship service. Any fee arranged is for a companion's time and company only. Nothing on this site is an offer of, or payment for, any unlawful service. What two consenting adults choose to do with their private time is their own business and not part of any agreement with us.

3. Lawful use only. You agree not to use this site or our contact channels to arrange, request, or facilitate anything unlawful, and not to involve anyone who is underage, coerced, or trafficked. We will refuse and report any such contact. This is a firm line.

4. Bookings and conduct. Availability, rates, and details can change. Be respectful to our companions and staff; discretion and courtesy go both ways. We may decline or end any booking at our discretion.

5. The chat assistant is informational. The on-page AI chat gives general help only and can be wrong. Nothing it says is a binding quote or agreement. For anything real, text us directly.

6. Your privacy. How we handle data is described in our Privacy page. We keep no client identity and store no IP addresses.

7. No warranties; limits. The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
